Salt Lemon

Shinobu made preserved lemon by our lemon. It only uses some salt and leaves for 3 month. I can not wait how the taste is!

たくさん採れたレモンを利用して、料理担当のしのぶさんが、塩レモンを作りました。材料は塩だけ。３ヶ月後に、さてどんな味になるか、、、、楽しみ。
